Dr Vendeland graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1995. She completed her General Rotating Internship and 4 year Obstetrics, Gynecology and Gynecologic surgery Residency in Detroit, Michigan in the Bi- County/ Henry Ford Hospitals program affiliated with Michigan State University in 2000. She is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. After practicing in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida for 17 years, she has joined Triangle Women’s Center.
Having been an invited speaker on a wide range of women’s health topics and a Clinical Adjunct Professor for several Medical Schools, she loves to teach women how to care for themselves during all of the tough life transitions: the teen years, pregnancy and menopause. Her patients love her gentle manner and the care she provides with a personal touch.
She has one young daughter, a partner and a black lab mix dog named Raury.
